Cricket Champions!

Year 3 and 4 played against a number of other local schools in the recent cricket tournament and were absolutely thrilled to bring home the trophy thanks to their team-work, dedication and training.

They were supported by our junior sports leaders from year 5, who were trained alongside sports leaders from other schools to set up and run the event, supported by coaches from In2Sport.

Coaches commented not only on the sporting talent of our pupils but particularly on their attitude to each other and to children from other schools.  We are so proud they are putting our school values in action (and, naturally, we are proud of the win too!).
