ERA gives every pupil a chance to dance!

We were so proud of our pupils at the end of term when each and every one of them from reception to year 6 performed a dance in the Dauntsey's Dance Show 2025.  We are the only school in the shows history to have put every pupil on the stage.

True to our value of 'aspiration', we decided to ditch any kind of audition or selection process and give every child the opportunity to take part and experience what it feels like to perform in front of a large audience with professional sound and lighting.

Every pupil had a term of dance lessons as part of curriculum PE and they performed all together to rapturous applause.  Seeing their faces and sense of achievement was an absolute privilege and we are so proud of their confidence and teamwork.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank our dance coach, Amelia Gammon, for her inclusive vision and for making us all feel like superstars!
